How time files! Several years later, the heroes of both Horde and Alliance rally their forces, and start their new adventure of the outland; they stride across the Dark Portal, and take the road to the unknown world. Within five minutes, you should have enough information to follow what's going on and make significant contributions to your team. What would these pioneers confront, allies or enemies. There are additional resources to the BG (see the links at the end of this guide), but I never really found a simple explanation gathering all the important information in one convenient place, so I hope you'll find this guide useful. If you want to become a more knowledgeable BG player, read this article in its entirety since the second half of it contains a few advanced advice. Introduction When you enter these battlegrounds, you are guaranteed to be playing with players in the same bracket: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60. Note that you don't have to go to the geographic locations listed above to enter a queue: all the major cities (Orgrimmar, Undercity, Thunder Bluff, Stormwind and Iron Forge) have three battle masters in the War Quarters for each of them. What danger or treasure will be explored by them beyond the Dark Portal. Just sign up with all three of them, then go on your way: you will be teleported to the battlegrounds as soon as your turn comes (you will be prompted first). All three battleground have different structures and strategies and picking one is a personal choice. What will they do if they find that those defeated evil army has revived, and plans on a shocking Burning Crusade. World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade is the exciting new expansion to Blizzard''s award-winning massively multiplayer online role-playing game. In a nutshell: WSG is probably the BG that's easiest to grasp and to have fun at initially.
It expands the game by tremendous bounds, adding new races, lands, Battlegrounds, professions and items, and more. It has ten players maximum and the goal is to capture the enemy flag and bring it back inside your base (your own flag must be there as well). AB games have fifteen players maximum and the goal is to reach 2000 resources first. Here is just a partial list of what you can expect from the World of Warcraft expansion: 1. The production rate depends on the number of nodes that your team controls. AV has a maximum of forty players on each sides and features epic battles where the two sides are trying to kill the opponent's general. wow lvl An increase in the level cap to 70 2. Depending on what you're looking for and who is playing, games can have sophisticated strategies or no strategies at all. Two new playable races: the Blood Elves and the Draenei 3. Any player above level 51 can participate. Arena-based Player vs. Levels As indicated above, you can start playing the BG as soon are you're level 10, but considering how brackets are structured, you will probably die a lot if you happen to have a level that ends in 0-6. level wow Player Ladder System 4. Obviously, having a level ending in 9 guarantees that you will never face anyone higher than you (except in Alterac Valley). Also, keep in mind that all battlegrounds are marginally different at level 60 than any other level, since most of the players you will face will not only have epic mounts, they will most likely be geared in tier 2 epics or more. Improved PvP Honor System 5. For people not familiar with this term, it simply means that the opponents will have better gear than you, so be prepared for a certain amount of frustration in the battlegrounds at level 60. For this reason, I strongly recommend staying at a level ending in 9 for as long as possible if you enjoy PvP gaming.
New starting zones in Quel''Thalas and beyond 6. Once you reach 60, there is no turning back... " . cheap world of warcraft gold The entire new continent of Outland, reachable through the Dark Portal 7. Many new high-level dungeons to explore in Azeroth, Outland, and elsewhere 8. Selectable Dungeon Difficulty Setting 9. wow gold New flying mounts in Outland 10. Many new and dangerous monsters, including epic world bosses 11. Hundreds of new quests 12. wow gold Hundreds of new items 13. A new profession: Jewelcrafting 14. Socketed items 15.

The Grand Nagrand .html "After the dismal fog shrouded forests of Terrokar, all I can say is I am having a blast in Nagrand."The intent of this guide is to give quick directions to people entering a World of Warcraft battleground (BG) for the first time. The scenic terrain is composed of rolling hills in an oak savannah setting. Within five minutes, you should have enough information to follow what's going on and make significant contributions to your team. Think Barrens with a lot of oak trees. If you are a skinner, this place is a paradise for you with lots and lots of hides to be skinned, that is for sure. Just sign up with all three of them, then go on your way: you will be teleported to the battlegrounds as soon as your turn comes (you will be prompted first). All three battleground have different structures and strategies and picking one is a personal choice. I have been looking forward to this area ever since a previous visit a few weeks back. In a nutshell: WSG is probably the BG that's easiest to grasp and to have fun at initially.
Open spaces are a hunter's dream. It has ten players maximum and the goal is to capture the enemy flag and bring it back inside your base (your own flag must be there as well). AB games have fifteen players maximum and the goal is to reach 2000 resources first. No trees to back into or cliffs to back off of or any environmental issues to mess with your line of sight. The flight path in Nagrand for the Alliance is located in the southern part of the zone in the town of Telaar. The production rate depends on the number of nodes that your team controls. AV has a maximum of forty players on each sides and features epic battles where the two sides are trying to kill the opponent's general. wow powerleveling You will find the Flight master up a ramp above the inn. Depending on what you're looking for and who is playing, games can have sophisticated strategies or no strategies at all. While you are up there, be sure to take a look around, as the view is well worth a few minutes of your time. Any player above level 51 can participate. If you look off in the distance, you can often see level 70 guards hovering midair protecting the city. I was unable to find any berries or fruit for my warp stalker, but with fishing available just outside the northeastern corner of town, food for my pet was not be a problem. Levels As indicated above, you can start playing the BG as soon are you're level 10, but considering how brackets are structured, you will probably die a lot if you happen to have a level that ends in 0-6. power level The town is a host to a plethora of NPCs.
The trade goods vendor, poison supplier, and general goods dealer as well as reagent, cooking, armorsmith and blacksmith suppliers all reside in Telaar. For people not familiar with this term, it simply means that the opponents will have better gear than you, so be prepared for a certain amount of frustration in the battlegrounds at level 60. For this reason, I strongly recommend staying at a level ending in 9 for as long as possible if you enjoy PvP gaming. I later discovered that you could buy berries in the PvP contested town of Halaa provided of course your faction currently holds the town. For those of you who did the Stranglethorn Vale quests, you will meet up with an old friend here, Hemet Nesingwary! Yep you heard me correctly, only this time you get to go on a Safari. Once you reach 60, there is no turning back... " . wow gold kaufen The experience points rack up quite nicely despite going back to a kill 20 of this and 30 of that type quests. The enemies are close to town and drop quite easily for me at level 64. Do not be alarmed, Nesingwary has informed me that his son Junior is now taking care of things back in Stranglethorn Vale. By now I am sure that you are realize I am an adventuresome type and often don’t think before rushing into things. wow power leveling My reasoning for this, ""Nothing ventured nothing gained"", or as my old friend Urto used to say, ""If you ain't dying you ain't trying!"" Ok, where was I. Oh yeah, exploring Nagrand. So I am out running around dodging beasts that look like they might eat me for lunch when I see on my mini map crop circle. gold wow Oooh, this must be investigated! I was so intent on making my way over to get a better look that I did not notice a huge giant by the name of Durn the Hungerer stomping his way across the countryside.

WoW Group Farming Guide For Gold and Reputation .html "The best way to farm wow gold in my opinion is in a group I am covering a few good places to farm gold for nice selling items. Successful Group Farming Techniques and Tips First off the best farming for gold group is always a priest, warrior, and mage."The intent of this guide is to give quick directions to people entering a World of Warcraft battleground (BG) for the first time. The warrior can go in and blow his challenging shout and have all the aggro to the mobs long enough to have the mage come in and wipe everything out. Within five minutes, you should have enough information to follow what's going on and make significant contributions to your team. Also a priest with holy nova is a very fun setup with a mage. If you do happen to have a holy nova priest have the priest run in with the mage while the warrior grabs the aggro and just blast everything to death with your AOE spells. Just sign up with all three of them, then go on your way: you will be teleported to the battlegrounds as soon as your turn comes (you will be prompted first). All three battleground have different structures and strategies and picking one is a personal choice.
While your warrior (or tank) is taking the damage the priest can heal and do damage to the party at the same time, which means less chance of anyone dieing... In a nutshell: WSG is probably the BG that's easiest to grasp and to have fun at initially. If you are the priest in the group ALWAYS SHEILD THE TANK and MAGE! With this group setup you can make a lot of cash fast without hardly any downtime if done right. It has ten players maximum and the goal is to capture the enemy flag and bring it back inside your base (your own flag must be there as well). AB games have fifteen players maximum and the goal is to reach 2000 resources first. Most of the time people don’t have a holy nova priest, which is actually fine and can still be really helpful to the group by keeping everyone topped off and shielded. The production rate depends on the number of nodes that your team controls. AV has a maximum of forty players on each sides and features epic battles where the two sides are trying to kill the opponent's general. power leveling Also on the mages they must have the INSTANT ARCANE AOE or else they are pretty much useless for fast grinding. Depending on what you're looking for and who is playing, games can have sophisticated strategies or no strategies at all. This may also be the best way for a priest to farm for gold in World of Warcraft. Decent Gold grinding spots The first major place I would go to and farm with this group is in FELWOOD if your on a PVP server its kind of hard there is always alliance/horde fighting each other there but if you sneak into Felwood and go to IRON TREE CAVERN you can find a lot of elementals which drop LIVING Essences when farming solo you can average about 5-6 a hour... Any player above level 51 can participate.
but if you are farming in a group like this you can get one to drop about every 3 minutes if you guys really push it hard. Levels As indicated above, you can start playing the BG as soon are you're level 10, but considering how brackets are structured, you will probably die a lot if you happen to have a level that ends in 0-6. wow power leveling In my opinion, this is the best place to farm gold in WoW. On the server I am currently on we can sell these for 5 gold apiece which is pretty good. My group of mages farmed 25 in an hour which is outstanding that’s our best ever! Also if your group is getting picked on by the opposite race there is a cave to the north with the same kind of mobs in it you can go in there and farm all day and no one will bug you at all but its really easy to kill all the monsters in there fast. For people not familiar with this term, it simply means that the opponents will have better gear than you, so be prepared for a certain amount of frustration in the battlegrounds at level 60. For this reason, I strongly recommend staying at a level ending in 9 for as long as possible if you enjoy PvP gaming. The next really fun place to grind with this party is Scarlet Monastery this is assuming everyone is around level 60. Once you reach 60, there is no turning back... " . guild wars gold You might actually have to grab another mage but one usually cuts it if he is decently geared. When you go into the Cathedral just have the warrior round up all the mobs around 10-15 and just AOE the crap out of them. You can usually get some decent drops greens you can disenchant and sell the shards or dusts. wow gold Also the green items you can usually get 5-10g on the Auction house just depends on your sever and the inflation of the market. Now the big killer is going in the cathedral and clearing everything out as fast as possible so you can reset and do it again. It’s just pretty much self-explanatory. Now if you go into the Library there isn’t really that many good drops in there except off the last boss where you get the key for the whole Scarlet monastery setup. lord of the rings online gold He drops a blue or 2 that you cant make that much money off of. I would just grind Cathedral over and over again if you want an easy instance to grind.

Blizzard tells Oceanic realms they're fixing it .html "Here's the situation: Many people are experiencing problems with Oceanic realms being offline, having heavy lag, or just general stability issues."The intent of this guide is to give quick directions to people entering a World of Warcraft battleground (BG) for the first time. These issues have principally appeared after patch 2.4 hit, and are a major pain for those playing over there. Within five minutes, you should have enough information to follow what's going on and make significant contributions to your team. Players cannot loot items in a timely manner, they lag out during raids, and playing the new content (or any instance) is sometimes impossible. Players have, for the most part, provided excellent documentation to Blizzard concerning the stability. They have done so in a massive thread over on the Customer Service Forums, and it is actively being monitored and commented on by Syndri, a Blizzard representative. Just sign up with all three of them, then go on your way: you will be teleported to the battlegrounds as soon as your turn comes (you will be prompted first). All three battleground have different structures and strategies and picking one is a personal choice.

The thread was started on March 31st, with the issues appearing a couple weeks before that, and is still active today. In a nutshell: WSG is probably the BG that's easiest to grasp and to have fun at initially. The analysis: There is a lot of Blizzard hate going around about this issue. It has ten players maximum and the goal is to capture the enemy flag and bring it back inside your base (your own flag must be there as well). AB games have fifteen players maximum and the goal is to reach 2000 resources first. We've received numerous emails on the subject, and taking a look around the internet and the official forums show the same feelings. The production rate depends on the number of nodes that your team controls. AV has a maximum of forty players on each sides and features epic battles where the two sides are trying to kill the opponent's general. level wow This is, in my opinion, unfounded. Blizzard has came out and said that they know the issue is happening, that they're looking into it, isolating it, and attempting to fix it. Depending on what you're looking for and who is playing, games can have sophisticated strategies or no strategies at all. They're well aware that people are having issues playing the game – and they want to fix that. Any player above level 51 can participate. It's in their best interest as a business, and as good people (the folks working there are good people, remember). Levels As indicated above, you can start playing the BG as soon are you're level 10, but considering how brackets are structured, you will probably die a lot if you happen to have a level that ends in 0-6. wow lvl However the acknowledgement by Blizzard doesn't seem to stop a horde of people from saying they're being ignored: they're not.

Syndri even makes an appeal to the masses: ""By all means, vent your concerns and experiences herein; that's what this thread is here for. For people not familiar with this term, it simply means that the opponents will have better gear than you, so be prepared for a certain amount of frustration in the battlegrounds at level 60. For this reason, I strongly recommend staying at a level ending in 9 for as long as possible if you enjoy PvP gaming. But don't-and I do ask this sincerely-ignore the attention that this matter has truly received."" " "Prat has been a fan favorite as far as chat mods go for quite awhile now, with the ability to change just about whatever you want with your chat frame plus some added features like item links in custom channels. Now, from the author of Omen comes Chatter. Once you reach 60, there is no turning back... " . wowgold Built with the intent of making a chat mod with less bloat and is lighter on overall system resources, it manages to do that quite well. All I ever used in Prat was the module to allow links in custom channels, so I decided to give Chatter a try. The switch over wouldn't be too hard, right. runescape money Just turn off all of the modules I don't want, leave item links on. I was pleasantly surprised with how easily Chatter was configured. I had decent looking, functional chat windows ready to go in about ten minutes. I'll fully admit that most other chat mods probably shouldn't take me much longer than that, but things that drastically alter my UI are my kryptonite. wow schnell gold I think that says something about how simple this mod is to configure. WoW Moviewatch: Shipwreked There's not much to say about this video other than it's beautiful. Robgee did an excellent job with his footage and color filters.\

wow hardware .html "Played WoW about a year ago, and it was so laggy I had to quit. I was on a very old system though. I recently got an Acer Apire 5050-3242, and was wondering how well WoWBC would run on it. The specs are: CPU: AMD Turion 64 Mobile MK36 (2.0ghz, 512kb L2 Cache) RAM: 894.1 (after Windows boots. 1gb b4 windows) Sound: Realtek HD Audio Video: ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 (256MB Video ram) 100GB HDD (Split into 2 50GB partitions) OS: WinXP Home I'm assuming that's a laptop system. wow gold (Mobile processor leans to it). If so, then RAM is going to be your only option. While there are some laptops with replaceable vid cards (and CPUs), they are still few and far between and chances are, you'd know if you had one (as it would have been purchased with that feature specifically in mind). MMOs though are a lot more RAM intensive than Graphics/Processor, so at 1GB, you will see the largest boost in performance (and much more bang for the buck) going to 2GB. You'll still have to run at pretty low graphics settings to not chop everywhere, but it shouldn't be too bad at all. " "I just know that if you're even asking this (because I've been there in the past) your expectations of what ""running"" means are going to differ quite a bit from what those recommended requirements specs say. When reading them, and seeing that you're just 200 below running something...realize what that means. wow power level 200 before it is, legally, running. Could be HORRENDOUS, but it's ""running"". And to whoever said that they went through BWL etc...I'm not saying you can't get a very good playthrough from 1-60 with a system that just barely makes the grade as far as the requirements go.

Again though...BWL and largescale PVP are two different things. Same with some of the 25 man instances. wow gold You're just not doing it with 256 mb RAM. No matter what you do with the graphics settings. You'll be lagging and skipping and disconnecting all...over...the...place. That's all I'm saying to the OP. Considering what kind of game this is...I don't know if someone wants to get their hopes up, level through 30 levels and get hopelessly hooked on the game, only to find out that this big zerg they have planned for Saturday night with their entire guild will be the day that they find out they ""can't participate"" in everything. It happened to me and a few people I know and it's not a good feeling, believe me. wow power leveling Now you not only feel like you're the only one at home and not at the prom your senior year, but you're back to square one and you'll be biting the bullet...upgrading your PC or buying a new one. Trust me- You want to go through the purchasing process before you experience the above mentioned scenario. You'll overspend enough as is. You don't need a World of Warcraft habit thrown into your psyche. This can all be averted now...heh. wow level up We're not at all talking about ""ah, you won't get the best graphics but you don't NEED those""...we're talking you simply CAN'T fully ""play"" WOW. It really does come down to that. " .

A question about Spell Crit .html "Before anybody flames me for asking a question I could have found the answer to, I have 2 things to say. First, I'm at work and certain sites are blocked from viewing by our IT team. Second, I searched the sites I thought might give me the answer (wowwiki, wowhead, and the Alla mage forums) and couldn't find the answer. There was a promising link I found on a google search, alas, the site was blocked. Now onto the question. I've read in melee class discussion boards some discussion surrounding a crit cap on melee attacks. Is there such a thing for spell crit. I ask because as I am gearing up my ele shaman to be Kara ready, I find that depsite only about 500 spell damage, I am already easily getting to 30% spell crit. Now I realize that ele shamans are more dependant on spell crits than other DPS casters because it's how they stay mana efficient. wow gold I also realize that ele shamans get a LOT of spell crit from talents (6% from call of thunder, 5% from tidal mastery, and 3% from Totem of Wrath). So I got curious and went and did some sandboxing at warcrafter. I chose a level 70 troll shaman and geared him out in the best mail caster gear avaialble in the game. I socketed every yellow gem socket (and there were a lot of them) with pure spell crit gems and socketed every red socket (and there were a good number of these as well) with spell dmg/spell crit gems. I also chose the shoulder enchant that gave the most spell crit and enchanted Blasting on gloves. When all the gear was done I fully raid buffed him. wow power level Totem of Wrath, Kings, Arcane Int, and Imp MotW.

I couldn't find any food that gave spell crit as a well fed buff, but I did use an elixir that gave 30 int rather than a flask of supreme power for the 70 spell damage. When I hit the build stats button I was floored. this ele shaman has over 1200 spell damage and was approaching 50% crit. I chose 1 trinket that gave spell damage, and probably could have traded that out for Xi'ri's gift and gotten him over 50% spell crit. wow gold Now I realize ele shamans already have a problem with massive threat generation, but other than that are there any problems with stacking so much spell crit. It seems to me that with 50% spell crit an ele shaman would ALWAYS have Elemental Focus procs and Lightning Bolts would only cost about 180 mana. With a mana pool of over 10.4k an elemental shaman is using less than 2% of his mana per cast. With water shield up, blessing of wisdom, mana spring totem, and the natural MP5 on a few pieces of the gear that same shaman is regenerating a lightning bolt's worth of mana every 5 seconds, in which time he casts 2 bolts. Now I readily admit my ele shaman will never see the inside of BT or MH, but I'm curious if stacking spell crit on him can ever be a bad thing." "Played WoW about a year ago, and it was so laggy I had to quit. I was on a very old system though. wow power leveling I recently got an Acer Apire 5050-3242, and was wondering how well WoWBC would run on it. The specs are: CPU: AMD Turion 64 Mobile MK36 (2.0ghz, 512kb L2 Cache) RAM: 894.1 (after Windows boots. 1gb b4 windows) Sound: Realtek HD Audio Video: ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 (256MB Video ram) 100GB HDD (Split into 2 50GB partitions) OS: WinXP Home Hope that's enough info to be able to see if I can run it or not.

^_^; Sorry for asking.. lol but I tried to run KOTOR2 on this thing and even it was laggy... wow level up so I figured I better ask b4 I install WoW and waste my money due to a bad system. I was running fine on a machine with half those specs (almost exactly half actually). Just had to dial down the settings a bit. Only thing I'd worry about is that video card, you should probably get something closer to an x500, x100 is for very basic use, not any kind of gaming. Probably why Kotor2 was so rough on you. Nvidia 8500 GT is cheap, and runs the game perfectly. " .

bought a new gaming PC .html "I'm someone who just bought a new gaming PC. Was without one for years, and tried to just ""make due"" with what I could in the meantime. Bottom line here.If you can't max out wow's settings, it would probably be best for you to simply avoid playing ...really anything...until you can upgrade. You'll wind up getting quite irritated. At least with a game that doesn't even load up or is just insanely laggy and unplayable, it's just that: Unplayable. When you get into the ""minimum system requirement"" spectrum, you're asking for anxiety and frustration. Basically, you're always going to be having a modified experience compared to 98% of the rest of the players in the world. Always. They'll literally, be existing in a different virtual world than you. The worst part is that you'll still be there...playing the same game, expected to have the same capabilities. You do not. You might be able to run through the deadmines, but that zerg on Crossroads your guild is planning. It will redefine the meaning of the word ""lag"" to you. Play World of Warcraft on an Nvidia 5700 and then play it on an 8800 GT extreme. wow gold Once you've done this, you simply will not be able to tolerate anything less than max settings. Further, you'll see what a truly massive advantage other players on appropriate rigs, have over those of us with modified ones. It's not just asthetic/cosmetic enjoyment. It really winds up being a difference in speed/reaction etc at the higher levels. With WOW- It really does not take much money at all to get a computer that can max WOW. Now to get one that's got value and is worth it's price, upgradeable etc. wow power level You're easily over $1,200 right there. Monitor, speakers, etc...$1700 .

Actually get the PC you want. $2000 . In other words- With PC gaming there just isn't much of a way around it. wow gold IMO, they're not worth it to anyone who cannot mindblowingly max out the games on the market with mid and low level requirements. Ideally, you should be using Crysis as your ""benchmark"" ...not WOW. So, again..it's just my opinion...but if I were you I would leave PC gaming alone period with that rig. Save your time/money and then invest in what you really want. Purchasing stepping stone PC's and accepting significantly modified almost ""scaled"" experiences on inferior rigs...is just not worth it." "Played WoW about a year ago, and it was so laggy I had to quit. ^_^; Sorry for asking.. lol but I tried to run KOTOR2 on this thing and even it was laggy... wow level up so I figured I better ask b4 I install WoW and waste my money due to a bad system. ; ; I'm assuming that's a laptop system. (Mobile processor leans to it).

You'll still have to run at pretty low graphics settings to not chop everywhere, but it shouldn't be too bad at all." .

"Raid reset timers are wrong .html "You might be noticing some strange things in your ""Raid Information"" window. For many players it is showing that the timers are twice as long as they actually are. Ie: Kara is showing it resets in 13 days 8 hours, ZA is showing it resets in 5 days 10 hours, etc... You can access your raid info windows by going into the raid tab and clicking on the ""Raid Info"" button in the upper right hand corner of the window. wow honor The raid tab is part of the social windows, which you can access by pressing the ""O"" key (that's oh, not zero). This is a known error. Drysc has posted as much in the forums. Since they know about the bug, we can assume that it's going to be fixed. Further, this is just a display issue, which means it is not actually going to affect the timers. It doesn't appear to be showing up for every player though. guild wars gold In fact, I'm not seeing it on my two toons I raided with last night. However several of my friends are not as lucky. Once this bug is fixed we'll let you know. Ready Check: LF24M Sunwell I'm back! RL got the best of me just after writing my first post here for my favorite WoW site. There is no better time to return than on a new patch that finally releases a new 25-man raid dungeon. It's been just over 10 months since Blizzard released the last 25-man instance, The Black Temple. cheap wow gold Like patch 2.1, patch 2.4 promises to be a major content patch that should keep us busy raiding for the foreseeable future, at least hopefully until WotLK. ""But my guild is no where near Sunwell. Who cares about another raid instance that I will never step foot into.

"" Unlike patch 2.1, which had a complicated attunement process for The Black Temple, this patch removes all attunement requirements for all TBC raid instances. wow level up This change, along with many other changes included in patch 2.4 transforms the current raiding landscape giving the raider more paths to take. Whether you're a guild doing SSC/TK or (un)patiently waiting for Sunwell for the past six months, this patch affects you in some way. Find out how these new changes will affect your raiding experience." .

Write Blizzard an essay to PvP .html "Tipster Mike posted an unusual tip: apparently, to take part in the 2008 World of Warcraft Arena Tournament, residents of this great and potent land to the north, this utopia on Earth, this... Canada (I'm sucking up to my wife here, okay. wow honor She's Canadian.) do not have to pay for the privilege. No, no transactions of anything so tawdry as money need stain their hands. Rather than pay to play in the tournament, Canadians must simply write a small essay. guild wars gold No, seriously. Stop laughing. That's actually how they enter. ""Instead, Canadian residents may enter by submitting a 250 word typewritten essay comparing the video gaming culture in Canada to the video gaming culture in the United States on 8 ½ x 11 inch paper and mailing their essay to Essay Entry for The North American Blizzard Entertainment Arena Tournament, P.O Box 18979, Irvine, CA 92623."" It's in section four of the legal for the tournament. Apparently, according to the forums, people have called in and been told there is no payment option for Canadians, it's write the essay or nothing. cheap wow gold Being somewhat of a stubborn cuss, I decided to call Blizzard myself and ask via the Billing and Account Services department. After spending some time on hold being creeped out by the Diablo music (seriously, I don't need to hear the 'Stay awhile and listen' music on the phone) a very helpful Blizzard rep explained to me that they would be happy to take my money to play in the tournament and that the essay is in fact optional. Unless you live in Quebec, he said. wow level up It's illegal to enter any such contest there. So there you have it, Canucks! You can pay or write an essay as you choose, unless you're in Quebec, in which case your local laws force you to take the role of spectator. "

Gaining the Advantage"You've deal .html "You've dealt with automata and the Wretched on the Isle of Quel'Danas. You've slain demons and blown up the transporter at the Throne of Kil'Jaeden. Are there more Shattered Sun-related dailies left to do. You bet! There are three quests that are assigned in Shattrath, and here's one of them: Gaining the Advantage. Posts on the other two are coming shortly. Allegedly, some people in Stormwind can make oils that will help in the fight against the Legion, and they need Nether Residue to do it. wow honor This quest is assigned by Emisarry Mordin who paths near the flight master. For this quest, all you need to do is be a skinner, herbalist and/or miner, and go out and do some gathering. Any Outlands herb (not Golden Sansam or Dreamfoil), ore node, or (I assume) skinnable mob has a chance to drop Nether Residue, of which you need eight for the quest. The drop rate on herbs felt like around 30%, possibly higher on higher-level herbs. guild wars gold So it's a fairly easy quest to do, and as a bonus, you get some herbs/ore/leather. Go on back to Shattrath to turn it in, and be rewarded with 16g, 250 Shattered Sun rep, and two one Major Rejuvenation Potion. Getting your RTS background in before it's too late Methedras asks once again over on WoW LJ if now is a good time to be playing the old Warcraft RTS games, and, actually no, now is probably not a good time to be playing them. You should probably be heading up to the Isle of Quel'danas and helping your realm and the Shattered Sun get those dailies unlocked. But yes, after patch 2.4 has quenched your interest in the World of Warcraft for a while, now would be a perfect time to play Warcraft III and its expansion, the Frozen Throne.

cheap wow gold Because we are right smack dab in the thick of the lore following both of those games -- Illidan and Kael'thas' stories have just finished, and the main event, with Arthas Menethil, is just about to start in Northrend. Up until the end of Wrath of the Lich King (and we're just now reaching the end of the Burning Crusade), World of Warcraft was really just a gigantic, cross-genre, extremely involved and detailed sequel to Blizzard's earlier Warcraft games. There are other places to go beyond this, however, of course, and we've discussed a lot of them before (and will again, no doubt). But yes, if you haven't played the RTS games yet, you've already missed half of the story. wow level up Now would be a great time to play them, before you miss the second (and in my estimation, much more interesting) half." .

blog:Casual WoW Player or Hardcore .html "Yes, I know. We have all read tons and tons of blog posts that explores the casual vs hardcore player before. I’m going to look at it a bit differently for this post. The question that I have in my mind right now is when does a WoW player decide to go from casual to hardcore. This has really hit home to me this past weekend as I feel I am to a point where I could cross the line (once again) to go from casual player to hardcore. wow gold I have been getting more and more raid time in my guild and I’m just starting to realize how much more time I will have to put in to be able to perform at 110% for raids. Not only that but I am also chasing after a 2000 rating in the arena on my 2v2 team. Farming honor for more arena gear, doing arenas, farming gold to respec back and forth from PvE build to PvP, farming gold for item repairs, along with farming mats for buff food and flasks for raids, and then raiding are all of the tasks that I will have to chase after each and every week if I want to compete with the top raiders in my guild and the top arena teams on my battlegroup. It was up until today that I just kinda made the slide to hardcore player without even realizing what I was doing. I have since slid back to reality. Do most hardcore players just slide into being hardcore and consider themselves to still be casual players. Deep thoughts, I know. I think that is the way it really happens to most hardcore players is that they become hardcore “accidentally” while trying to keep up with the top players. wow lvl service You really have to if you want to really be competitive is this game. If I still want to maintain being a casual player (around 20 hours a week) I am going to have to decide to drop my raiding to zero that way I can still be competitive in the arenas or I will have to plan out every hour I spend to complete certain tasks.
Isn’t that the point where it becomes like a job. Anyway, I would be glad to here what some of you have done in order to limit play time down but yet still find time to raid and do arenas. wow gold " "So much news going on around Blizzard this month. I know I am no where near the first or last blogger to blog about this merger between Activision and Blizzard. I really had to take some time to get my head around this merger. Of course, everyone is like it’s no big deal…nothing will change. I really don’t believe that at all because nothing can’t stay the same forever and anytime you put two companies together changes are going to happen. The good, the bad, and the ugly will happen from this. I might be overreacting a little bit which I hope I am. wow leveln When I first read the news I got a sinking feeling in my stomach, you know that feeling that happens right before you are in a car accident…yeah, that kind of feeling. I’ve been playing (addicted) to Blizzard games since the good old Warcraft 2 days and haven’t stopped since. Some say that’s good, others say that’s bad but that’s for a different post. I just feel like the end of a great era of Blizzard is coming, who knows. wow level service I just don’t see this merger as good…what do you think. " .

"wow fiction:The Worgen Menace .html "Preface In the past few weeks, I have been through innumerable trials, learned of unspeakable evils that plague our lands and fought tooth and nail against them alongside my mage companion, Dreyvon Silverburg. One particular evil, however, has followed us across the ocean, tieing together the distant lands of Ashenvale, Duskwood and Silverpine Forest. guild wars gold The source of this evil has been revealed, but the resolution is still beyond us. It is my hope that, by publishing what we have found thus far, others will be able to aid in our quest to find the missing artifact, the Scythe of Elune, and end one of the many horrors that plague our lands and people. ~Eliane Roberts, Priestess of the Light The Worgen For many years now, worgen have been found in both Ashenvale and Duskwood, roaming and killing at will. wow profession leveling In many ways, they resembled old rural folklore of wolf-men terrorizing farms and small villages, dating back to before the first documentation of these creatures occurs. They are primal in nature, vicious and cruel, seeking to kill all in their path. While most rely on their brute strength and savage claws, there are also many who wield the Shadow against their foes. wow leveln Unrealized by most, worgen are not actually a naturally occurring race in our world. Instead, these wolf-men come from another world all together, as explained by the Dalaran Mage, Ur. “The Worgen's home is a dark place, a place of nightmare. wow eu If that world fosters locations safe from the cursed Worgen, then my research has revealed no such bastions. And if one considers the ferocity and wickedness of the Worgen, it is likely that no such bastions exist. It is surmised that the Worgen are content to remain on their world, for although some Worgen posses powerful magic, they have made no attempts to reach Azeroth of their own accord.
wow lvl service And for this, we are fortunate. “ In his book, “The Book of Ur,” he also explains that this other world may be reached through strong magical focuses. This has been done thrice now, as is evident by the presence of these creatures in our world. The dark, corrupting malice that they bring with them has already nearly destroyed Duskwood and can be easily felt in both Ashenvale and Silverpine Forest. " .

"Zandalar Tribe .html "Zandalar Tribe The Zandalarians were the earliest known trolls, the first tribe from which all tribes originated. Over time two distinct troll empires emerged- the Amani and the Gurubashi. wow honor They existed for thousands of years until the coming of the Night Elves, who warred with them and eventually drove both empires into exile. Following the Sundering, the defeated Gurubashi grew ever more desperate to eke out a living. Searching for a means to survive, they enlisted the aid of the savage Blood God Hakkar, also known as the Soulflayer. guild wars gold Hakkar grew into a merciless oppressor who demanded daily sacrifices from his devotees, and so in time the Gurubashi turned on their dark master. The strongest tribes (including the Zandalar) banded together to defeat Hakkar and his loyal troll priests, the Atal'ai. The united tribes narrowly defeated the Blood God and cast out the Atal'ai... despite their victory, however, the Gurubashi Empire soon fell. cheap wow gold In recent years the exiled Atal'ai priests have discovered that Hakkar's physical form can only be summoned within the ancient and once-deserted capital of the Gurubashi Empire, Zul'Gurub. Unfortunately, the priests have met with success in their quest to call forth Hakkar— reports confirm the presence of the dreaded Soulflayer in the heart of the ruins. And so the Zandalar tribe has arrived on the shores of Azeroth to battle Hakkar once again. wow level up But the Blood God has grown increasingly powerful, bending several tribes to his will and even commanding the avatars of the Primal Gods— Bat, Panther, Tiger, Spider and Snake. With the tribes splintered, the Zandalarians have been forced to recruit champions from Azeroth's varied and disparate races to battle, and hopefully once again defeat, the Soulflayer. "

" How to extract items from wow .html "There are two ways, as far as I understand, to extract items from WoW. The first is illegal, and the second is as legal as can be. First, you can open the MPQs with a program like WinMPQ (google it) and see if you can decypher how they store them. wow powerleveling In my experience, it's a difficult process, but since every item that could ever be in the game is in your MPQ, people have found the stats of GM items and so forth using this method. However, posting anything about items you found in the MPQs on the official forums gets you banned quickly. Secondly, you can use a LUA plugin to gather game information. This is how sites like Thottbot, Allakhazzam, etc gather their information. wow honor They have a combination of a LUA plugin that gathers information from the game and a .exe file to upload it to their sites. The thing you would focus on is the LUA plugin. I've never bothered to learn LUA at all, but all plugins are open-source because they have to be. The best the coders can do to protect their work is to obsfucate the source code, which would be really annoying. I would suggest simply downloading the plugins from big sites (Thottbot, Allakhazzam, WoWGuru, WWNData just to get you started) and look through their source. The only iimitation with this method is that it can only extract items that you see (linked on a chat channel, in your inventory, seen from inspecting someone, whatever), which is why major sites ask you to download a plugin to help their database. cheap wow gold Given the massive number of items in the WoW world, even Thottbot is constantly seeing new ones when they have thousands of users. All in all, good luck to you.

Feel free to ask any questions you have." .

"The Mana Tombs Guide .html "The third and final boss is Nexus-Prince Shaffer, who is an energy ethereal that is vying against the consortium. While fighting against him, you will also be fighting against several other MOBs that he will summon. cheap wow gold The biggest part of the fight is to control the adds and deal with Shaffers abilities. The abilities he uses are as follows: Elemental Bolts - This attack can hit players for up to 1500 damage of either shadow, frost or fire based damage. buy cheap wow gold He will attack the person with aggro. Ethereal Beacons - Shaffer starts with three ethereal beacons and can then summons another roughly every 10 seconds. The beacons attack with an arcane based attack, and turn into an ethereal caster if not killed in roughly 15 seconds. The fight starts with Shaffer and 3 beacons. sell wow gold The trick early is to drop the beacons as quickly as possible, if you don't before they spawn into casters you will be in serious trouble for the remainder of the fight. The best way to do this is assigning the other players to one of the beacons and as the tank is charging in to engage Shaffer they need to start killing the beacons. really cheap wow gold They do not have that much health and can be taken down quickly when focused on. Once they are down, DPS players should make sure they switch between Shaffer and further adds as they appear. Shaffer has lots of health and the fight can be a lengthy one, so be prepared. fast wow gold Fortunately Shaffer does not hit all that hard for a boss, and much of his damage is elemental based damage so can be resisted. Basically, if you can keep the adds down, it is an endurance test for the healer and tank.

The fight can be difficult for players the first few times around, or if you are light on DPS. However once you get the hang of it, the fight is a fun event. " .

休闲生活 .html "You'll always want the MS warrior shackled.lotro gold.
Unless you don't run any priest.

He's the single most dangerous add you can have.wow eu.
MS on your tank when Moroes enrages is hurting.
    He can one-shot healers.mp3 player.
He'll probably whirlwind in the middle of your raid etc etc.

If you have two shackles, the Retadin is a good second choice.mp3 players.
    He hurts, dispells and stuns.
None of those are fun.or wow.
He's a decent option for traps too.

If you are lucky and get the Prot Warrior, just have your off-tank handle him.
In between Vanishes he can be killed.really cheap wow gold.
He mostly tickles anyway, though the disarm might make him a nuisance on a Warrior tank.
    Ferals couldn't care less.
One advantage is that he'll break the Gouge/Blind as well by tickling your tank.

If you get the healers, just have the priests be careful about the shackles and don't stand near 'em (the shackles that is, not the healer adds).
Earthbind / Frost Trap / Tank Aggro on 'em will help keep your healers alive.

Rogues can 'off-tank' (and I use the word in its broadest sense) the two priest adds through stuns and evasion.

I've been there with only a single crowd control (well, I've been there without, but that's not the point I'm trying to make) and if I had to chose, I'd put it on the MS warrior every single time.

For Moroes, I'm mostly going to echo the other comments.

CC prioirty list: MS Warror -> Ret Pally -> Holy Pally -> Holy Priest/Shadow Priest.
I never CC the Prot warrior, he is a (slight) rage assist for the off-tank.

My kill order is basically the reverse of the above.
SPriest over Holy, due to mana burn.

If you have a BM Hunter, their pet can tank the adds.

I've also had the main tank pick them up along with Moroes.
Can also use a frost mage to 'kite-tank' them.

A 'trick' that may help next week: Send someone in pre-raid and check the adds - I have used Mind Vision or one of the engineering toys (Tonks.
) in the past - if you don't like what you get, then leave and reform the raid with another leader.
You'll get a new raid ID, and new adds.
I generally used to do this with just one other in the raid, and then once happy, would do full raid invites.

Something that might help *this* week: A soft reset changes the adds.
Leave the zone for 30 minutes and you get new adds, so you could go in early and see what you have.
If you like them, just hang out in the zone until raid time - otherwise, leave for a while, then try again.
